As President of TG3 Solutions, LLC, I bring nearly 40 years of experience in the pest management industry, combining deep operational expertise with a passion for technology-driven business transformation.

For decades, I led F&W Pest Control as President and co-owner of our fourth-generation family business, building a reputation for quality pest management services across Massachusetts. Under my leadership, we grew the business by focusing on what matters most: exceptional customer service, long-term client relationships, and operational excellence. Having successfully navigated the sale of F&W Pest Control, I bring firsthand experience with the mergers and acquisitions landscape that continues to reshape the pest management industry. I understand the complexities of business valuation, deal structure, and transition planning from the owner's perspective — insight that is increasingly valuable as consolidation accelerates across the service industries.

For 13 years, I served as an Industry Strategist for WorkWave, a leading software provider for pest management and field services. In that role, I worked closely with software development teams and industry professionals to help shape technology solutions that addressed the real-world challenges pest management operators face every day. That experience gave me a unique vantage point at the intersection of technology and field service operations.

Today, through TG3 Solutions, I help service-based businesses unlock growth through strategic automation, custom integrations, and data-driven decision-making. My background in computer science from Clark University allows me to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. I specialize in building custom automation workflows, API integrations, and business intelligence solutions that help companies streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and scale efficiently.

Whether it's optimizing a sales pipeline, automating back-office processes, or advising on industry trends and M&A readiness, I'm driven by a simple goal: helping businesses operate smarter and grow stronger.

Family Man

Beyond the business, I'm a proud family man. My wife Lynne and I have built a life together that centers around our four daughters, four sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. Family has always been my foundation — it's what drove me to build a business, and it's what keeps me grounded as I continue to grow.

Road Warrior

When I'm not building automations or digging into data, you'll find me on the road — or off it entirely. I'm a road warrior at heart with a deep love for travel and exploration. Lynne and I are avid RVers who've spent countless hours discovering the beauty of our national parks, and we share a passion for exploring Europe and experiencing new cultures.

I'm also a lifelong downhill skier and spent years riding motorcycles. Whether it's carving down a mountain, cruising through a national park, or wandering the streets of a European city, I believe the best ideas and perspectives come from getting out into the world and experiencing everything this beautiful planet has to offer.
