For decades, I led F&W Pest Control as President and co-owner of our fourth-generation family business, building a reputation for quality pest management services across Massachusetts. Under my leadership, we grew the business by focusing on what matters most: exceptional customer service, long-term client relationships, and operational excellence. Having successfully navigated the sale of F&W Pest Control, I bring firsthand experience with the mergers and acquisitions landscape that continues to reshape the pest management industry. For 13 years, I served as an Industry Strategist for WorkWave, a leading software provider for pest management and field services. In that role, I worked closely with software development teams and industry professionals to help shape technology solutions that addressed the real-world challenges pest management operators face every day.
